The TENNIIX APP is a product provided by Shenzhen Yinghansi Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). When you use our services, we may collect and use your relevant information. We hope to explain to you through this "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") how we collect, use, store, and share this information when you use our services, as well as the ways we provide for you to access, update, control, and protect this information. This policy is closely related to the TENNIIX APP services you use. Your use or continued use of our services implies your consent to our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your relevant information in accordance with this Policy.
We will only collect and use your user information for the business functions described in this policy. The purpose of collecting user information is to provide you with products or services. Personal Information, the relevant personal information you provide to us when registering an account or using our services, including name, email, mobile phone number, etc., is used to create a personal profile for you, so that you can view it at any time and use it for personal Data Analysis.
Location information, refers to the information about your location collected when you enable the device's location function and use our relevant location-based services, including:
When you use our services through a mobile device with location capabilities, your geographical location information collected via GPS, WiFi, etc.; you can stop the collection of your geographical location information by turning off the location function.
Log information refers to the information that the system may collect through cookies, identifiers, and related technologies when you use our services, including your device information, browsing information, click information, and stores such information as log information to provide you with a better user experience and ensure service security. You can refuse or manage the use of cookies, identifiers, or related technologies through your browser settings.
Media file information refers to the fact that when you use our functions and services such as avatar replacement and record sharing, we need to access your local media library; for the user information we collect, we will use it to provide you with functions such as identity verification and display of service records.
Device MAC address information and software installation list information refer to the information that needs to be collected when you connect our vision module and armband module, including device WiFi MAC address information and software installation list information, so that we can locate devices, perform OTA upgrades, and correctly return to the application through the software installation list information after connecting to the device's WiFi hotspot; the user information we collect will be used to provide you with functions such as armband OTA and vision module OTA.
Clipboard Information, refers to the password information of the current vision system or armband hotspot that users need to copy when using the APP's armband and vision system OTA update functions, so that users can connect to the device hotspot information.
The above information you provide will be continuously authorized for our use during your use of this service. When you stop using the service, we will stop using and delete the above information.
We guarantee that we will de-identify or anonymize the collected user information in accordance with the law. Information that cannot be used alone or in combination with other information to identify the personal identity of a natural person does not fall within the scope of personal information in the legal sense. If we combine non-personal information with other information to identify your personal identity, or use it in combination with your personal information, we will treat and protect such information as your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy during the period of combined use.
To better operate and improve our technologies and services, or due to changes in business strategies, when the collection, use, and processing of user information required for the products or services we provide exceed the above scope, or when the collected user information is to be used for other purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy, or when we intend to use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will notify you within a reasonable period after obtaining user information or before processing user information and obtain your authorized consent.
According to relevant laws and regulations, the collection of your personal information in the following circumstances does not require your authorization and consent:

(2) Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgment;
(4) When it is necessary to protect your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
(5) The user information collected from you is publicly disclosed by you to the general public;
(6) Your user information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as through channels like legal news reports and government information disclosure;
(7) Necessary for signing or performing a contract in accordance with your requirements;
(8) Necessary for maintaining the secure and stable operation of software and related services, such as detecting and handling faults in software and related services;
(9) The personal information controller is a news organization and it is necessary for the legitimate news reporting it conducts;
(10) Academic research institutions, when conducting statistical or academic research necessary for public interest and providing the results of academic research or descriptions externally, de-identify the personal information contained in the results.
(11) Other circumstances provided for by laws and regulations.
We will not use cookies for any purpose other than those described in this policy. You can manage or delete cookies according to your preferences. You can clear all cookies saved on your computer, and most web browsers have a function to block cookies. However, if you do so, you will need to manually change your user settings each time you visit our website.
During the process of providing services, we may need you to enable certain device permissions, including WiFi, Bluetooth, camera, and media file access permissions. You can also choose to turn off some or all of these permissions at any time in the device's settings function, thereby refusing our collection of the corresponding personal information. Tenniix APP will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent or authorization. However, upon your confirmation, Tenniix APP may share your personal information under the following circumstances.
(1) Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your user information with other parties.
(2) We may share your user information externally in accordance with laws and regulations or as required by mandatory requests from government authorities.
(3) Sharing with our affiliated companies: Your user information may be shared with our affiliated companies. We will only share necessary user information, and it is subject to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If an affiliated company intends to change the purpose of processing user information, it will seek your authorization and consent again.
(4) Sharing with authorized partners: Only for the purposes stated in this Policy, certain of our services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share some of your user information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share your user information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and will only share the user information necessary to provide the services. To ensure the stable operation of this software and achieve related functions, we may integrate software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties to achieve the aforementioned purposes. We will conduct strict security checks on the behavior of our partners in obtaining personal information to protect your personal information security. We list the information collection by the relevant third-party SDKs and other third-party entities we integrate in the following directory, and you can view the third parties' data usage and protection rules through the relevant links. Please note that third-party SDKs may change their types of personal information processing due to reasons such as version upgrades and policy adjustments. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your user information. 5.2 The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and email, instant messaging, and other means of communication with other users are not encrypted. We strongly recommend that you do not send user information through such means.
5.3 The Internet environment is not 100% secure, and we will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send to us. Even though we have made great efforts and taken all reasonable and necessary measures, it is still possible that your user information may be illegally accessed, stolen, tampered with, or destroyed, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests. 5.4 After an unfortunate user information security incident occurs, we will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic situation and possible impacts of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take to address it, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, remedial measures for you, etc. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the incident by means of email, letter, phone call, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform each user information subject individually, we will take reasonable and effective measures to issue a public notice. We will provide you with other user information generated during your use of our products or services, as long as we do not need to make excessive efforts. If you wish to exercise your Right of access, please send an email to service@tenniix.ai.
When you find that the user information about you processed by us contains errors, you have the right to request us to make corrections. You can submit a correction request through the methods listed in "5.1 Right of access to your user information". If you are unable to correct this user information through the above methods, you may at any time send an email to service@tenniix.ai. We will respond to your correction request within 15 days.
You may submit a request to us to delete user information in the following situations:
(1) If our actions in handling user information violate laws and regulations;
(2) If we collect and use your user information without obtaining your consent;
(3) If our actions in handling user information violate the agreement with you;
(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or if you have cancelled your account;
(5) If we no longer provide you with products or services.
We will evaluate your deletion request, and if it meets the corresponding regulations, we will take appropriate steps to process it. When you submit a deletion request to us, we may require you to authenticate your identity to ensure the security of your account. After you delete information from our services, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your information until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
You can cancel your previously registered account at any time. You can perform the operation yourself in the following way: After logging in to your account, find "Personal Center" - "Personal Information", and select "Cancel Account".
After canceling your account, we will stop providing you with products or services and, in accordance with your request, delete or anonymize your information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. This may also result in your loss of the Right of access to the data in your account. Please proceed with caution.
In certain business functions, we may make decisions solely based on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems, algorithms, etc. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will also provide appropriate remedies.
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may first ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

We generally do not charge for your reasonable requests, but for requests that are repeatedly made, exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost based on the circumstances. For requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., developing a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly unrealistic, we may decline them. Please also understand that due to security considerations, requirements of relevant laws and regulations, or technical limitations, we may not be able to respond to some of your requests, such as the following situations:
(1) Related to the obligations of the user information controller under laws and regulations;
(2) Directly related to national security or national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
(5) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments, etc.;
(6) The user information controller has sufficient evidence to show that the user information subject has subjective malice or abuses their rights;
(7) When it is necessary to safeguard the major legitimate rights and interests, such as life and property, of the subject of user information or other individuals but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual concerned;
(8) Responding to the request of the personal information subject will cause serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals or organizations;
(9) Involving trade secrets.
We attach great importance to the protection of children's personal information, and our products, websites, and services are primarily targeted at adults. Children should not create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. Although local laws and customs may define children differently, we consider anyone under the age of 14 to be a child.
In cases where we collect personal information from child users with the consent of their parents or guardians, we will only store, use, or publicly disclose such information when legally permitted, with the explicit consent of the parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect the child. Otherwise, we will endeavor to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
Given the limitations of Prior Art and business models, it is difficult for us to proactively identify children's personal information. If you find that we have collected children's personal information without our knowledge or without prior verifiable consent from guardians, you may contact us in a timely manner. We will endeavor to delete such information promptly upon discovery. If we discover the aforementioned situation ourselves, we will also delete it in a timely manner, except as required by law to retain.
In principle, user information collected and generated within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We will only retain your user information for the period required for the purposes and uses described in this Policy and the shortest period stipulated by laws and regulations. After the expiration of the above retention period, we will delete your user information or anonymize it in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or for the purposes of public interest, scientific and historical research, etc., or with your separate authorization and consent, we may need to retain relevant data for a longer period.
Since we provide products or services through resources and servers located worldwide, this means that, after obtaining your authorized consent, your user information may be transferred to jurisdictions outside the country/region where you use the products or services, or accessed from such jurisdictions.
Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws or even no relevant laws. In such cases, we will ensure that your user information receives sufficient equivalent protection within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
